About Abby Mintz

Abby has decades of experience in the real estate industry.  She has lived in Manhattan for all of her adult life and is a longtime resident of Lincoln Towers.  Abby comes to real estate brokerage with a background including over 10 years in the mortgage brokerage industry followed by the successful start up and leadership of a boutique property management company.  She uses her skills and her specialized knowledge and understanding of financing requirements both for banks and coop boards to assist buyers and sellers navigate the often stressful mortgage and Board application requirements.  In addition, Abby has worked closely with application software, including BoardPackager from its inception, from both the applicants', and, importantly, from the coop boards' angles, and can ably assist the parties in securing financing and preparing and submitting their board packages.

Abby has also recently renovated her apartment in Lincoln Towers   and brings valuable insight to the renovation process - including planning and interfacing with architects, contractors, vendors and management.

Abby is a graduate of Connecticut College and has an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU.  She enjoys reading, bridge, golf, travelling and the great outdoors
