Abby has decades of experience in the real estate industry.  She has lived in Manhattan for all of her adult life and is a longtime resident of Lincoln Towers.  Abby comes to real estate brokerage with a background including over 10 years in the mortgage brokerage industry followed by the successful start up and leadership of a boutique property management company.  She uses her skills and her specialized knowledge and understanding of financing requirements both for banks and coop boards to assist buyers and sellers navigate the often stressful mortgage and Board application requirements.  In addition, Abby has worked closely with application software, including BoardPackager from its inception, from both the applicants', and, importantly, from the coop boards' angles, and can ably assist the parties in securing financing and preparing and submitting their board packages.

After a career at IBM as a Project Executive responsible for the operations, client relationships and growth of multi year/multi million dollar Information Technology support contracts with Fortune 500 and other companies, Allen came out of retirement to support his friend, Drew's, Cooper Team at The Agency  He oversees all of the Team's operational and organizational support, maintaining real estate listings, agreements and communications, marketing and technology functions and the entire array of administrative responsibilities that enable the Team to run smoothly and efficiently. The fact that he is a Giants and Yankees fan has not yet interfered with his total acceptance as an integral and essential part of the Team.
